Train Spotting

Train Spotting

As a kid way back I used to hang out on the footbridge at Southall, West London spotting the 08's, DMU's, Western's, 47's 50's and Pullman's - This young lad is no different to me and has a passion for trains to.

An SU42 shunter arrives to shunt away 3 coaches - the workmen hitch a ride to do their job.

Wroclaw Main Station is in the city center and is a through station.  The SU 42 shunter is about to hitch up and remove 3 coaches which will head back into Ukraine, Kiev.

With great interest - watching the coupling up to the coaches.

One of the more modern trains now in operation.

We moved to a new location and this SU42 Shunter is in the LOTOS livery.  SU42's are one of the main shunting locomotives on the Polish Railways - they are in a number of liveries.

Same loco the SM42

A double header EU07 locomotives

EU07 Double header with a rake of PCC Tanker Wagons behind them

The EU07 Close up - this livery s rather nice and makes an older locomotive look brand new again.
