Trains Passing Ksiegince Station

With just an hour to hand we thought about the Station at Ksiegince and what a good place to catch a few  examples to share with you.  Running a Model Railway gives great scope to add in many different country locomotives.   We still hope to catch one of the British 66's but it was not to be today.

This passenger EMU slows down to arrive at the station in the distance the passengers make ready to board the train which is heading for Wroclaw Through Station.  You can make out the destination on the header board of the train. - EN57AL

This EP07 Electric Loco is hauling a rake of Intercity Coaches

An M62 Diesel hauling a rake of 42 Ballast Wagons - yes 42 of them no less.

Now perhaps the most interesting locomotive we've seen for a period of time is the EU07 Electric Loco sporting the PCC Intermodal logo and data.  The loco loco was hauling 40 container wagons mostly loaded with containers.  We would have expected the PCC loco to be hauling chemical tanker wagons instead of the Containers ones it had.
