Al model railway layout have buildings of some sort or another. Many buildings are inspired by real life examples and here in Wroclaw there is a good collection of styles to fit many a layout. Of course you can not fit a full size one to you layout so the likes of Faller and Auhagen produce scale models with Noch, Faller and Prieser producing figures of people.
The above image shows the decoration of these buildings also take note of the standard lamp (Viessman and Brawa produce working models of these lamps)
The beauty of the city can be seen in the structured buildings with all their colours. Not so long ago trams also used to run through the center too.
This building is the center piece of Wroclaw city center (Rynek) Damaged during and after the war, this fine building has been restored to almost it's former glory.
Today's modern city center has small tourist buses and various buskers. Here is a young lad playing his trumpet and for his age he played pretty well.
The small square boast the Flower market where flowers from many parts of the world can be purchased.
